Diversify Your Food

The right variety and quantity of food intake are crucial and vital to your health. We can divide food into two comprehensive categories:
  1. Oily and Fatty Food
  2. Food containing starch and protein
According to research, you need to have at least 60 types of food to sustain your health.

Oil and fat are digested by the liver enzymes, whereas the enzymes supplied by the pancreas digests starch and protein. If your food intake is restricted to only a few types, you will have a severe problem maintaining appropriate health. A cutback on the diversity of food will always cause several health issues. Long back, a friend of mine used to consume water from only one particular place. He and his wife fell sick soon, and their health was not excellent. I advised them to try out various other places to drink water because the method they were following would only cause more harm.

I advised the couple to take RG, GL and Spirulina to diversify their food. They followed this and their health improved eventually. If you do not diversify your food for a short while, it is acceptable. Your liver can produce those nutrients required for that period of time. If you consume the same type of food every day, you will lack specific nutrients. Your liver will step in to produce these nutrients and will face fatigue in the long run. The liver is the biochemical factory of the body. If it is in fatigue, there will be an imbalance of nutrients and this will cause problems like depression.

In modern life, it is not feasible to follow a diet that contains 60 types of food but in DXN we have a solution.  The Ganoderma and Spirulina that we produce are rich in nutrients. Right now, DXN has also set up a small hanging garden for our members. This gives them the freedom to plant vegetables and mushrooms. It is a compact aquaponic system to cultivate fish and vegetables. This system diversifies your food and also helps in preventing the use of preservatives and other chemicals.

Not only the variety but the quantity of food you consume is also very important. When there is not enough food, the liver has to be overworked. That’s the reason why children suffering from malnutrition have bloated and inflated stomachs, due to the swelling of the liver. Concurrently, you are not supposed to ingest a lot of food either as this can overwork your organs as well. The best way to go about this is to give your first priority to vegetables, followed by fish and other kinds of meat. We advise our members to cut down their consumption of meat by at least 50%. In many cultures, meat is substituted by the consumption of mushrooms. In Germany, they refer to mushrooms as meat from the forest.

DXN sells logs of mushrooms that can be grown by the consumer. We have already started this practice in Malaysia, and we are planning on spreading it all across the world. The next significant development for DXN would be producing ecologically farmed food.

Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) is a marketing strategy that uses representatives to sell products or services directly to their peers, or to recruit new representatives to act as salespeople for products or services. You’ve probably heard of MLM, also referred to as direct sales or network marketing, even if you didn’t realize it at the time.

You may have heard of MLM described interchangeably with a pyramid scheme. However, MLM is not illegal on its face. As long as MLM is driven by sales, not by the recruitment of individuals, it is legal and more common than you might expect.

While MLM has frequently been portrayed in the media as get-rich-quick scams that prey on the innocent and unsuspecting, there are many, many participants in MLM and it has grown into a multi-billion dollar industry.

Do people actually make money in MLM? What is the actual likelihood of success? Here, we’ve compiled some of the most important MLM statistics for 2020 that will answer these questions and more.

MLM Statistics

1. About one in 13 American adults have participated in multilevel marketing (MLM).

One of the most surprising MLM statistics out there may be how common it is: Nearly 8% of Americans have participated in multilevel marketing in some capacity. Just because no one in your neighborhood has tried to sell a company’s product to you directly doesn’t mean it isn’t happening.

2. There are about 6.2 million Americans actively involved in direct selling.

That said, according to the DSA, there are 6.2 million Americans currently participating in MLM. That’s less than 2% of Americans, suggesting that participation rates are decreasing as younger generations come of age.

3. The MLM industry grossed $35.4 billion in 2018.

Despite declining participation, the MLM industry is still remarkably strong. The DSA reports that the industry is still worth more than $35 billion, up from $28 billion in 2009.

4. As of 2009, 94.2% of DSA members use MLM.

The most recent numbers available show that the vast majority of direct selling companies that are members of the DSA use multilevel marketing. In 1990, only 25% of member companies used MLM, which demonstrates how firmly entrenched MLM has become in the direct selling business.

5. Wellness and cosmetics/personal care are the top direct selling categories.

The most popular product categories for direct selling are what you might expect. In 2019, wellness accounted for 33.2% of sales, while cosmetics/personal care accounted for 31.2% of sales. Household goods and durables was a distant third with 12.8% of sales.
